Mosaic vous permet de d'accéder en ligne à une sélection quotidienne des journaux télévisés de 16 pays du Maghreb et du Machrek. Cette sélection d'une durée moyenne de trente minutes est intégralement traduite en langue anglaise par une voix off. Pour chaque sélection vous disposez d'un sommaire vous indiquant les thèmes abordés ainsi que l'origine du reportage. Les séquences ne sont pas éditées et vous ne pouvez pas atteindre directement une séquence qui vous intéresse particulièrement. Les vidéos sont diffusées en flux (streaming) et sous la forme de podcast via les flux de syndication du site. Le site vous propose des archives remontant jusqu'à février 2003. Des archives plus complètes de Mosaic sont accessibles sur le site de l'archive ouverte Internet Archive, cette archive destinée à la conservation à long terme vous permet de télécharger sur votre ordinateur les fichiers de Mosaic sans passer par la lecture en flux (fichiers format MPEG4).
